Outlook Web Access

Outlook Web Access allows access to Exchange via a web browser from any internet-connected device (including PCs, Phones, and PDAs). Connecting to Outlook Web Access using Internet Explorer versions 6 or 7 offer enhanced graphics capability and a larger set of features. Other browsers have standard graphics and feature set support, called "Outlook Web Access Light."

Connecting to an Exchange Account using OWA

  1. Connect the device or PC to the internet
  2. Open a web browser
  3. Enter the URL https://mail.colostate.edu
  4. Indicate to the system whether you are on a "public" (shared) computer or a "private" one. Choosing the "private" option will save your username for the next time you log on and will provide a longer timeout period, but passwords are never saved.
  5. Enter a CSU eName in the User Name field
  6. Enter a CSU ePassword in the Password field
  7. Click the Log On button
