Configure Entourage 2008, Web Services Edition to Open a Folder in a Shared Mailbox or Calendar

If you have been granted permission to access another user's folder or a shared calendar within Exchange, it is possible to access that folder or calendar in Entourage. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to File > Open Other User's Folder
  2. Enter the name of the user or shared mailbox that contains the folder you'd like to open in the "User:" field or use the directory button to search for the user.
  3. Select the "Type" of folder you'd like to open.
  4. Click OK.
