Setting up Call Answering Rules in Office 365

Office 365 allows users to set rules for their voicemail box using the Office 365 Portal. The instructions below detail the process of configuring call answering rules in Office 365.

Set Call Answering Rules in Office 365 using the Office 365 Portal

  1. Use the applicable instructions for accessing the "Voice Mail" section using the Office 365 Portal for a user mailbox, shared mailbox, or voice mail only mailbox.
  2. Click on "Call answering rules."
  3. In the Voicemail menu, click on call answering rules

  4. To add a new rule, click on the + sign and follow the onscreen prompts.
