Update Password for Voice Mail Only Mailbox
The steps below detail the process to update the password used to login to Outlook Web App with a voicemail only account.
- Use a web browser to navigate to http://help.mail.colostate.edu and click the "Change VM Only Password" link under the "Exchange Voice Mail" navigation heading
- At the prompt, login using your eName and ePassword.
- On the resulting form (shown below), select the Voice Mail Mailbox from the list. Only voice mail only mailboxes assigned to you will appear in the list.
- Note the password complexity guideless shown on the form and enter the new password for the Voice Mail Only mailbox in the Password field
- Re-enter the new password for the Voice Mail Only mailbox in the Confirm Password: field.
- Click "Submit".
- Upon successful completion of the form, the password for your voice mail only mailbox will be updated within 10 minutes
