Update Password for Voice Mail Only Mailbox

The steps below detail the process to update the password used to login to Outlook Web App (or the Office 365 Portal for VM only mailboxes that have migrated to Office 365) with a voicemail only account.

  1. Use a web browser to navigate to http://help.mail.colostate.edu and click the "Change VM Only Password" link under the "Exchange Voice Mail" navigation heading
  2. At the prompt, login using your eName and ePassword.
  3. On the resulting form (shown below), select the Voice Mail Mailbox from the list. Only voice mail only mailboxes assigned to you will appear in the list.

  4. Note the password complexity guideless shown on the form and enter the new password for the Voice Mail Only mailbox in the Password field
  5. Re-enter the new password for the Voice Mail Only mailbox in the Confirm Password: field.
  6. Click "Submit".
  7. Upon successful completion of the form, the password for your voice mail only mailbox will be updated within 10 minutes
