Resource Coordinators
Resource Coordinators will be identified in each of the functional units (Colleges, departments, etc.) much like the Oracle Calendar Coordinators in order to allow units to define shared resources specific to their needs. Resource Coordinators identified for an Exchange Resource Department, will in turn have the ability to request and use a specific set of prefixes to be used when creating resources for the unit - refer to the Resource Naming Conventions section of this site for more information regarding resource naming conventions. Resource coordinators will use the Resource Coordinator Tools to manage Exchange resources, including equipment, rooms, distribution lists and shared mailboxes.
