- Click "Options" (upper-right corner).
- Click "See All Options".

- Click "Organize E-mail".
- Click "New...".

- Click the "More Options..." link.
- From the "When the message arrives, and:" choice list, select It's received within a specified date span...", check the "After" option, enter 1/1/2011 (or today's date) as the "after" date, and without setting a "Before" date click "OK".
- In the "Do the following" choice list, select the Forward, redirect, or send" option and then click the the Redirect the message to option . On the resulting window that appears, you may choose addresses to which mail will be forwarded from the Global Address List or you can manually type in e-mail addresses To-> field. Select or enter addresses and click "OK" to continue.

- Optional: If you would like to delete messages from the mailbox after messages are redirected to the specified address, you can configure that functionality by clicking the "Add Action" button, selecting "Move, copy, or delete", and choosing the "Delete the message" option.
- Finally, give the rule a descriptive name such as "Forward voice mail messages" in the text box labeled "Name of rule:". The resulting rule configured using the previous steps is shown below:

- Click "Save" to save the rule. Outlook Web App may prompt you to delete any rules that were previously turned off using Outlook. If this is ok, click "Yes" to continue.
- The rule will now appear in your "Inbox Rules" view from Outlook Web App. By default the rule is turned on, which is reflected by the checkmark next to the rule. To turn off the rule, you can either uncheck it or delete it.
- Click sign out in the upper-right corner to log off of Outlook Web App.
