Update the Password Stored for your Exchange Account on a Palm Device (VersaMail 3.1B)
Important: The process below details the steps you would take to update the password for your Exchange account that is stored in VersaMail on a Palm device. You would perform these steps after your ePassword has been changed using the "Change Password" link at https://eid.colostate.edu/.
- Open VersaMail.
- Hit "menu" button.
- Select "Accounts" menu.
- Select "Account Setup".
- Select your Exchange account and tap "Edit".
- Tap "Next" until you get to the username and password screen.
- Tap the box underneath "Password" and enter your ePassword. If you need to change your ePassword, you must use the "Change Password" link at https://eid.colostate.edu/ and then enter that same password here.
- Tap "OK".
- Tap "Next".
- Tap "Next".
- Tap "Done".
