How do I get an account?

Central Exchange services are tied to accounts that exist in the campus Active Directory (the COLOSTATE domain), which are based on primary eID accounts. Since Exchange accounts are closely linked to eIDs, access to the new system is enabled by requesting an Exchange mailbox at the eID website.
Those CSU constituents with active human resource data (except Student Hourly employees) or associates data may request an Exchange mailbox through the eID website.
Mailboxes are associated with primary eIDs only.
Resource coordinators may request exceptions for those not matching these criteria.
Mailboxes will be removed from a user's account 30 days after their human resources or associates 'inactive' date and will receive notification via e-mail before this measure is taken.
